Where service is key, value is vital!

When my husband and I started looking for cabins in the White Mountain~Pinetop~Show Low area, we contacted Susan through Zillow. Before we headed up north to look at properties, Susan was very knowledgeable with the area. When she asked what are budget was, she quickly started the process of looking for and previewing properties for us to see. Once we got there, Susan took us through many communities, showing us properties that we were interested in. Susan is so easy to work with and we enjoyed our "White Mountain" tour with Susan as our tour guide. Once we decided on a place, she quickly started the process for us! She lined up all the needed inspections and appraisal. Since we live in the valley, we relied on Susan's expertise. Both my husband and I are so grateful that Susan was realtor. She kept us informed all through the process. She advised us on things we should look for and be aware of. For example, she added clauses to our offer stating that the seller would pay for the installation of floor heaters if required by the bank.
